Join the fun at the first annual Rhubarb Reading Run…
A running start to the 2010 Rhubarb Festival!
Check-in at 8 a.m. at Lanesboro Bass Pond parking lot, south side of County 8, just one block west of downtown Lanesboro.
9 a.m. start time for all distances.
* The trail is handicapped accessible. Absolutely no skates or pets.
Fees:
- 5K run: $12
- 1 mile walk/run: $8
- Kids (under 12 - either distance): $5
- T-shirt: $10 (only available with early registration)
For early registration, please download registration form, complete information and mail to address on form by May 17, 2010.
Registration also available beginning at 8 a.m. on day of run.
Refreshments will be available for the run, but you’ll want to stay for the festivities and goodies at the Rhubarb Festival too! Also, a drawing that includes all Reading Run entrants will be held in Sylvan Park following the run. Prizes will be a rhubarb pie and a rhubarb recipe book.
* All proceeds from the run will go to the Lanesboro Public Library.
