A running start to the famous Rhubarb Festival!  Come, kick up your heels. Have a hoot!

Rhubarb Run location:  County Rd 8, one block west of downtown Lanesboro.
Red running shoes and costumes encouraged.

All finishers get the Grand Rhubarb Treatment:  accordion serenade, ceremonial fanning with rhubarb leaves, shot of rhubarb elixir, treats and prizes.  Winners take home fresh rhubarb pies!

The fun continues!  10 a.m. awards ceremony kicks off the Rhubarb Festival in Sylvan Park.  Stay tuned for a riot of tasty, entertaining and hilarious rhubarb surprises.  See left column menu of the day's Rhubarb attractions.

Showers, camping, lodging available.  After the race, runners can freshen up (showers in two locations in Sylvan Park) and stay for the day, for the night, the weekend or longer.  For information on campsites, lodging, restaurants, tours, etc. visit http://www.Lanesboro.com.
