Contests and Crafts
If you grow really great rhubarb, bring in those leaves and stalks. We will have a contest for the largest leaf and the heaviest stalk. Prizes will be awarded at 1 p.m. You must be present to win.
If you are in the mood to make some rhubarb art, bring us your entries. In the past we have had rhubarb jewelry, baskets, trays, and vases. Some have entered rhubarb leaf birdbaths, necklaces and earrings. Let your creative rhubarb juices flow and bring us your best rhubarb artistic pieces. Prizes will be awarded at 1 p.m. You must be present to win.
